Hanna ALBERT-NAGY is taking on the Birmingham Kids Triathlon Gold distance
I am taking part in a triathlon because I want to show children that being active can be fun and exciting. A triathlon includes swimming, cycling, and running, which are three different activities, so it never feels boring. I want children to see that exercise is not just about being the best or winning, but about trying your best, enjoying yourself, and feeling proud of what you can do. By taking part, I hope to encourage children to move more, have a go at new sports, and realise that staying active can make you feel happier, healthier, and more confident. Exercise can be challenging, but it can also be enjoyable and something to look forward to.
