Sophia Rowlands is taking on the Henley Kids Triathlon Steel distance

I am 8 years old and I want to take part in the triathlon because I like being active and trying something new. I am raising money for Cancer Research UK to help people who are ill and to support scientists to find cures. It makes me happy to know I am helping others while having fun.
